I don't know which one should be the boxer nor the Kickboxen. Dude in grey is more running than actual sparring. A ring ain't that big 😂 His defense is very low which I assume he is the "kickboxer" the dude in black has more of a "boxer" stand and his hands are up. But technically, just swinging.
