My wife took her biometric(MN) in two weeks time her AOS got approved with approval letter coming in the mail by next week.. 😮Shocked but excited and relieved!

I need to be able to work, i even applied for the EAD, me and my children did the biometrics from Feb 22, 2024, not communication from the USCIS since then, they took 1 months accept my application on January 26, 2024, biometrics on February 22, 2024, no word since, notification on the case tracker only states that our fingerprints and photos were applied to our case

Takes about a couple of days and it will be mailed out soon. So we got it within 10 business days or less. Which was good for my wife to work right away

@@lifeisajourney2021 there’s nothing you can do as of right now since you already submitted your adjustment status. All you have to do is now wait and see how the process will go for your case. The only thing you can do is just wait until everything gets approved.

Oh my God congratulations on your ad adjustment status is being approved. This is always the best feeling because that’s the final step of getting everything done completely. When you do get your car to be mailed, it should take within about 7 to 10 business days. But it will come in the mail and you’ll get a notification of how you can track it, in the meantime, congratulations celebrate and you did it

The national Benefits Center appears to be the slowest processing location, the waiting is nerve wrecking, the contraint is unbearable

Yeah I know. The waiting times are the worst. But once it’s gets done and your approved. The feeling is the best thing ever to receive an approval. So you’re going to be fine. and everyone else as well. It takes time and patience.

@@vafabarfi9138 did you had an interview with the embassy and did they give you an answer ? Usually if they give you back the documents. It means you pass. But normally they would have gave it back to you during the interview time. Of all your documents. So I’m not too sure on this one.

It takes awhile for usics to process your case and get an update. Check out on my description and it has my timeline as well. So that you can see how long it took for everything to get approved.

So right now once you finish your biometrics appointment. Your process adjustment status is going to be continuing at the USCIS. From there, they will process your case and see what needs to be in order to be approved. Once it gets approved, you are going to be eligible to travel and work going forward sometimes it takes between 2 to 4 months or you get your travel / work permit first. But congrats on getting a biometrics appointment. You’re almost halfway done.

Hey Bryan! Hope you’re well, just a quick question if you don’t mind. The USCIS have had my paperwork for 71 days now, is there any truth to being able to call up and request an answer for the I-765 if it exceeds 90 days?

No, you just have to wait until everything gets processed. It’s the waiting game just like doing a K1Visa. You don’t want to call and be inpatient and to expedite your case. All you need to do is wait for USCIS to process your case and then everything will be fine.

I got approved within 2 months on the green card. I heard some people get the work permit first and it took about 30-40 days.

Once you get your AOS approved, that means your green card is not official and you can travel and work right away. Because you are now a permanent residence of the United States of America. The green car is gonna be valid for two years and you have to renew it. Once you renew it, it’s gonna be valid for the next 10 more years. And so on and so on. .

Hi Bryan, do we need to bring the original NOA2 at the interview for K1? Do I (beneficiary) need to bring the original with me when I come to the US? Or is a copy of it enough for both?

You can bring the copy of the NOA 2. And make duplicate copies just in case. And not use the originals. Birth certificate and etc can be photocopy. Don’t bring originals. Unless usics is asking for them.

@@martina.95. take a look at all the folders I need to set up for the interviews on my video. It will show you what you need to prepare and what to set up as well. But you don’t need to send any original copies at all. Only photocopies.

It’s okay. It takes awhile for usics to give an update on your case and to be processing. Once you see your case being processed, they will send an e notification to you on text and give you a notice of action letter. So don’t panic It will be fine. Just stay focus and positive. The most important thing is that once they have it in hand. All you can do is wait.

If you marked it on the I 485 form, and asking to have Social Security card. both will come in the mail at the same time. It all depends on USCIS if the issue your work permit or travel card together or sending you the official green card

It takes time for the uscis to get the finger prints and update it from the system. Just keep checking and it will be fine. Once it’s already in process. They are still undergoing your case. It took about 3/4 months to get an approval for my wife.

So as long as it’s processing. It’s just needs to be waiting for them to get back to you. That’s all you can do is wait. But if they send you a ead card for work permit or travel card. That’s good thing. So keep checking the status.
