hello, USCIS sent me an RFE for my AOS they are looking for a medical exam and I did it, it cost me $850, and I sent it by USPS on 01/10/2025 but the USCIS still haven't received it, yesterday I went to see USPS they told me that something is not clear they can't track it down so I'm in trouble not only did it cost me a lot $850 and the ISCIS they need 😢😢

@@T-kl2wn you can’t travel until you get your green card. You green card is still in progress. So it’s recommended to not to travel while it’s still pending and processing through uscis. I know it sucks. But that’s what we had to do and wait.

@@Yutaokkutsku if your case is already approved and you had your interview and it was approved. Then all you need to do is wait for the visa to be mailed to you or picked up. You will received a letter in the mail for your receipt in your k1 approved.

Hi Bryan! I have question. Regarding filing our Adjustment of Status application. According to the USCIS website since I’m from Hawaii the correct address is to the Arizona PO box? Under their chart this is family based forms of I-485 and I-864. This is in regards to K1 and K2 admission to United States. I’m a bit confused to where getting mix information on the internet.

@@vanessahoun99 you will need to write a intent to marry letter in submitting for the first time. You and your fiance needs to write and send it all in to usics to process your K1. Once you get case get approved and you will do your ds160 form and then set up your interview. You and your fiance will need to submit a second intent to marry letter and giving updates on your relationship and future wedding dates and etc on the letter.

@ we got letter of approval from USCIS on October 9, our case was sent to NVC on November,5. We haven’t received any welcome letter from NVC. Anyway I just found ur channel and watched a few of ur videos and based on ur video there’s NOA1 ( neither of me nor my fiancé know this exists) any idea of how we can get it so that I can bring it to my interview along with NOA2? Also my fiancé has a co sponsor for my k1 visa. Does she have to fill form I-134 or I-134a ? And how do I let the person who will interview me know that I have another person sponsor me? @ you will need the co sponsor to fill out the i134a form and they will need to submit evidences to it. You can ask usics to send you an extra copy of any NOA 1 or 2 letter so that you can use it for evidence. Once you book your interview. You should bring all the forms and including your co sponsor forms as well. And the interview person will go over the documents.

@ they will need to fill it out and send it to you. The petition sponsor can scan and give you the copy on email. So that you can bring it to the interview at immigration.

@@rates2849 once you get a green card. It needs to be updated for the first two years. After that it’s every 10 years. Once you get the 3rd renewal. You can be eligible for getting USA citizenship or do a dual citizenship.

Hello again dear, you have been so helpful throughout my entire process and I just have one last question please. After a month of doing my ds 160 and paying all required fees the new app was not allowing me book am appointment for my k1 visa . The website kept taking me back to the payment page I contacted the embassy and got this ….. Dear Applicant , Thank you for your email . We are currently not availing any K1 slot as the post has extremely limited resources . Please be informed that the standard process for K1 applicants is to wait for instructions from us with guidance on how to register . We process them in order in which they were received at post . We will send you those instructions once your case will be ready for scheduling. Is this normal???

They wrote that a (757) form will be mailed to my petirioner. What is that exactly??, and how long does it take to get that letter? This is the primary step for us

@ congrats on doing the k1. The i797 letter is what you get for submitting and it’s in process. So keep that letter. Cause you will need that letter for evidences.

@@meenavaj89 once you get married. You need to send asap. So that you don’t delay your green card status and to make sure you can get it asap. Sometimes it takes 6-8 months or longer. The faster you submit. You can finally be able to work and travel soon.

@ABDKEITA got married in march, and I believe i finished sending all the applications around April or end of April. Got it approved Nov 8. Wasn't that bad, keep in mind I had several delays, first I had sent incorrect payment amount, took them about 2 months for them to send my package back and all that. So make sure you send the correct amount. And then I had 2 RFE that was solved quickly

@@Kevin-mw1sb yes. If you didn’t get a copy of the ds3025. Once you get married and you’re filling for your AOS. You will need to print out the i693 form and book a medical exam that uscis provides you on certain doctors in certain states. And use that for your evidences on medical.

@@tanopatricefato2442 if your adjustment status is pending by the USCIS. All you have to do is keep waiting until they approve your permanent residence status it could take between about six months to up to 14 months.

@@joytravelph once you do the DS 160 form and you pay the embassy fee. You’re gonna make a confirmation to register your profile on the GSS system. And that’s gonna be the www.ustraveldocs.com. From there, you’re gonna print out your confirmation page using and showing the UI ID barcode so that you can bring it to the embassy for your interview. Once you get your interview date and time. You must make sure you get your police report and your medical examination before your interview. Good luck and keep me posted.

@@AngelicWings5 yeah I had pay for those. I forgot what we paid. But you can check online and see what the cost is now these. They updated for 2024 I485 - about 1440.00 I765 - about 279.00 I131 - about 69.00
