Hi sis! As long as nagsubmit kayo ng application within 2 years from the last time na nagkita kayo is ok lang. It wouldn’t count na yung waiting period sa approval

Hi sis! No sis, pag gumawa ka ng profile sa CGI para makapag set up ng appointment for interview may option na doon kung paano mo gusto mareceive yung visa mo, either for pick up or for delivery. Both LBC yun whether pick up or delivery. For delivery yung pinili ko and nareceive ko sya if I’m not mistaken 8 days after my interview including the holidays in the US since I was just from Antipolo

It’s the same pamphlet that you will receive when you pass the interview at Manila US embassy. The pamphlet has information about IMBRA. I told the consul “ Based on my understanding, IMBRA is an Act that will protect the alien partner from abuse if ever that the US citizen petitioner becomes abusive” something like that. You can research about IMBRA In google to get more information

Yun yung 2 pamphlets ba binibigay pag nakapasa ka na sa interview. Meron talagang Hindi nakakareceive agad yung iba nga daw nakarating na dito sa US bago pa nila nareceive yung letter meron ding 1 week before the interview narereceive na so don’t worry about it kung wala ka pang narereceive na letter from them

Wag kang kabahan sis basta make sure complete docs mo and alam mo lahat ng nakalagay sa application na sinubmit nyo sa USCIS and very quick lang interview. Basic questions lang din. Yung dinala ko sis is yung COE nya, bank account statement for 1 month, Tax and Account transcript for 3 years, paystub for the past 3 months, affidavit of support, photocopy ng passport biopage and photocopy ng birth certificate pero they never asked me for any documents from my fiancé

Para yun sa baby namen ng fiance ko. Since US citizen si fiance, and sa pinas pinanganak baby namen, in order for her to acquire her US citizenship for having a US citizen father, we need to apply for CRBA. So ngayon US citizen na yung baby namen

@alld980 sorry Hindi ko po gets. Dadalhin nyo lang po yung crba kung may baby kayo ng beneficiary mo and yung baby is na acquire yung US citizenship nya thru CRBA. Sa k1 visa po as far as I know petitioner should be a US citizen. Kung US citizen po kayo and wala naman kayong baby with your beneficiary then wala pong dadalhin na copy of CRBA yung beneficiary nyo sa interview

@@sigridgonzales9464 yung ds160 confirmation page sis yun yung nag fill out ka ng details mo and yung mag uupload ka ng photo and then after that magkakaroon ng ds160 confirmation page and then the other one yung sa ustraveldocs.com sa cgi kung San ka nag set up ng appointment for interview sa email mo marereceive mo sya, andun din yung ds160 barcode so Dapat match sa ds160 confirmation page mo. 2 separate docs yun sis
