It’s the same pamphlet that you will receive when you pass the interview at Manila US embassy. The pamphlet has information about IMBRA. I told the consul “ Based on my understanding, IMBRA is an Act that will protect the alien partner from abuse if ever that the US citizen petitioner becomes abusive” something like that. You can research about IMBRA In google to get more information

And what if next year pa ma approve. Would it matter ba sa application namin na lagpas 2 years na kaming hindi nagkita? Since his plan is to go back here after ma okay na yung papers ko. Hi sis! As long as nagsubmit kayo ng application within 2 years from the last time na nagkita kayo is ok lang. It wouldn’t count na yung waiting period sa approval

Hi sis! No sis, pag gumawa ka ng profile sa CGI para makapag set up ng appointment for interview may option na doon kung paano mo gusto mareceive yung visa mo, either for pick up or for delivery. Both LBC yun whether pick up or delivery. For delivery yung pinili ko and nareceive ko sya if I’m not mistaken 8 days after my interview including the holidays in the US since I was just from Antipolo

Para yun sa baby namen ng fiance ko. Since US citizen si fiance, and sa pinas pinanganak baby namen, in order for her to acquire her US citizenship for having a US citizen father, we need to apply for CRBA. So ngayon US citizen na yung baby namen

@alld980 sorry Hindi ko po gets. Dadalhin nyo lang po yung crba kung may baby kayo ng beneficiary mo and yung baby is na acquire yung US citizenship nya thru CRBA. Sa k1 visa po as far as I know petitioner should be a US citizen. Kung US citizen po kayo and wala naman kayong baby with your beneficiary then wala pong dadalhin na copy of CRBA yung beneficiary nyo sa interview

I checked my status on CEAC it says issued but i have not received any email or text from the embassy or LBC about the date of delivery.
