Import Tuner Challenge Wheel Setup for Xenia + X360CE

this is a tutorial video to set up a FFB Sim wheel for import tuner challenge running on xenia emulator this is a full setup guide.
you need Xenia and X360CE for this to work there are other videos covering install this is mainly because i have not found anyone else covering how to get it to work hope this helps.
