Not sure what tf500 is but thank you for your comment. We are using K31-APS vinyl acrylic co-polymer soil stabilizer.

Heavy rains are not a problem for APS. We built roads in Yangon Asia which rains more than in most parts of the world and never an issue.

The road will last the same as any other type of road as long as you keep up your maintenance. Maintenance costs will vary per area, per country, and per the use of the road. Thank you.
