I consolidated with a bank loan for 6 years. The payment was lower than all the payments I was making and left us some cashflow. We used a credit card with cash-back and always paid the monthly balance.

This info should be taught in schools - thank you for the great topic - I would be interested to know your own strategies with your own finances K4 ? eg - what % do you put away for retirement? etc. Emergency funds? -Education - Personal development -. Investment properties or Mutual funds and stocks? Would make for a great show... :😜
