K5 BLAZER SOUND DEADENING THE ENTIRE FLOOR

I finally finish out all of the rust in the floors and prep it to install sound deadening material covering the ENTIRE floor - front to back of the m1009 k5 Blazer. This should help keep the heat/ road noise to a minimum.

Some k5s had tilting option for front seat so people could get in the back easier? That was part of the latch that held seat down in normal position.

Duly noted! Im sure I will find out when I bolt the seats back into it. Couple more things coming up before I can do that though but soon, very soon!!

Yes, you'd pull the lever on the back corner, and the whole seat would tilt forward, making it easier to get into the back. So many memories getting into my grandfather's K5 like that after shool

@@MarkyTheSharky310 Thanks for the reply!! Good thing I didn't patch over that hole then I guess. LOL. The seats were out of it when it rolled in the shop, so I wasn't too sure. Thanks for clearing it up guys!!

You definitely don’t live in Florida. Park it outside, go inside and get a drink and by the time you’re done your truck is dry. (And too hot to touch.
