Absolutely beautiful place with clean and tidy areas. And people are so simple and happy. The mode of transport is awesome with no any public transport facilities other than airways. This place of course has full marks for peaceful staying. Staying in this altitude is little difficult for uninitiated. Above 8 k ft we get altitude sickness. But i don't see any effects on your face..so i think you have no much issues. Tomorrow morning you're returning to Kathmandu..and i am anxiously waiting to see you boarding that tiny aircraft once again.
