Enjoyed the unique taste of udaipur. KADAKNATH (BLACK CHICKEN) recipe was very tender and very apt to palate. MAYUR ji is a very nice man, KADAKNATH and some more dishes I tried here and it was really tasty. kadaknath is ideal for those who want to do body building, its rich in protein and low in fat. Mainly found in MP, Chattisgarh and Telangana. I tested it in hyderabad for the very first time. it has a bit tougher flesh. It's getting immensely popular in Hyderabad.
