Bharat I've a big question. Is there anyway that we can reuse the tej patta and doda (badi elaichi). It seems like a waste to use them during the cooking and throw them afterwards. Most of the people recommend using both as whole and then throwing it away seems such a waste of the spices.

Ap khade masale k jagah use koot kr daliye... km use hoga or taste b zada aega... par dono gravy Ka color tora dark krte hai... still me to 1 pure elaichi pod se 2- 3 dishes banati hu... depending apko flavor Kaisa chahiye... koot kr dalne me masala km lagta hai n taste strong ata hai

@@rahulvashistha6259 aap sirf Chai me experiment Karo... cardamom pod 3-4 dal k jo flavor aega wo 1 koot k dalne par ata hai... moreover spices b sukhe rehte hai kbhi b use krne k liye... bhune ko alag se rkhne k issues hote hai... agr kahi party etc me rkhna hai to sm spices may darken the curry else daily family cooking k liye ye best option hai
