Khaman Dhokla recipe
Serves 5 people
Ingredients:
1 Cup Chana dal
Cleaned, soaked and grinded as explained in video
3 Tbsp Sour curd
1/2 Cup water
1 tsp Ginger
1 Tsp Green Chilli Paste
1/4 Tsp Turmeric powder
1 Tsp salt
1/4 Tsp Hing
1/2 Cup besan (chickpea Flour)
Adjust water as explained in video
1 Tsp cooking Soda
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
CHUTNEY or dip for Dhokla
Handful of Coriander Leaves
Few Green chillies
Secret one ingredient as explained in video
2 TSP sugar
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1/2 Tsp Salt
Pinch of turmeric powder
1 Tbsp Groundnut Oil
1/2 Cup Water
Make chutney as explained in video
TADKA for Dhokla
Groundnut Oil
1 Tsp Mustard seeds/Rai
Curry leaves
GREEN chillies
Handful of Coriander Leaves
