Wow, where do I even begin? Without writing a whole book (one day I will), I present to you my music video, “Qhua Neeb (Spirit Guides)”. 🧚🏻‍♀️
What a wild year 2023 has been and what an adventurous journey it has been. This year shook me at my every core, forced me to look at my bare self and say “wake up Ka Lia”. Everyone has internal battles that they are struggling with everyday, so before one is quick to judge, I ask that we take a deeper dive within and see a bigger picture. We may not understand at the moment of the things people going through, the demons they had to overcome, and the demons they are still fighting. So let us please give people grace, empathy, and love.
I know everyone has their own spiritual/religious beliefs, but this song means a lot to me, including spirituality. While I release this song into the world with love, ultimately this song was written during one of the biggest turning points in my life. This is a release for me. It was an ending chapter full of suffering and fear, and a new holistic beginning to healing and love.
I have my guides to thank for. I have my angels to thank for. I have my little helpers to thank for, whether that was a stranger, a friend, an entity from the spiritual web, or a download. I have the Universe to thank for. All my endeavors and inconveniences guided me to be where I am today. Though this is not my final destination and there will be many more battles and hardships I must overcome, there was a time in my life when I prayed for all this. To trust the universe is all a part of the process.
Don’t any of you ever lose that light in you! No matter your demons, your mistakes, your cries that no one hears, you righteously deserve that chance to start over and over again until you are at peace. Follow your intuition and know that it has your best intentions. Believe it. #trusttheuniverse

I don't know why people are hating on her Hmong. She's singing and she can't match the dialect while she's singing. She also sings with a "slur" or r&b or like Ariana where one could say "lazy" singing so she's not trying to annunciate it. Add auto-tune or audio processing and it distorts the sound. The people complaining are the old school people who don't listen to this type of music.

It’s a beautiful song about parties and boyfriend cheating. She falls into a state of depression and that’s when her spirit guides awaken her, they take her to a world of dragons and she fights demons in other dimensions, she is now a powerful shaman who lives a life of helping people. In her chorus she talks bout not being lonely anymore because her guides are with her and she knows herself and has found enlightenment. This is the journey of becoming a shaman for those that are confused!!!

thank you! i couldn't have said it better. true story. i've been there with a toxic ex. every night of that hell, my guides showed me so many different things. rising from that hell, i ran from, chased, fought, many demons. my own were the worst. and yes, exactly what she said, swimming and flying with different dragons. yup. i was able to leave that toxic situation with the love and patience of my guides. not lonely anymore.

You should’ve made your qhua neeg girls have that black smoke foxy fading effect as they move with you because I’m assuming they resemble your strength and energy? keeping it very abstract like the lyrics to this song (why most people don’t understand or see the connection of the lyrics) and more slowmos of you power posing with ur sword shots esp piercing gaze and famous facial sword pose - will capture how dangerous you are if messed with and make you so sexy and mysterious all at the same time.
