Nice. I need to simplify my IM as well. Just be careful with those vacuum caps, they fail every time! I usually use gray RTV to close them up. That’s a big huffer on that engine, what’s the HP goal?

We chose to use some really snug vacuum caps, but if it seems like we're running into vacuum leak issues we'll keep that in mind. The turbo is a 61mm .63 A/R. From what we've seen around other people's builds this should have the potential for 400hp, at least that's what we think. Trying to just overbuild to have a safe, consistent, streetable 300-350hp.

So if I do the egr delete I need a standalone ECU

We have seen people do EGR deletes on various KA24E groups and on other videos without moving to a standalone ECU. It's probably preferable to move to a standalone to tune for the difference that comes with an EGR delete and to help with cold starts, but shouldn't be absolutely necessary. Sorry if the video suggested otherwise!
