I have a similar problem to x pro+, couldn't unscrew the screws, now thanks to you, I know what to do. I live in Ukraine and I have no one to consult with - we started selling kaabo only this year.

Can you make a video on the wolf king gtr, on how to get the controller box out,be nice so us who have the gtr can pack the bearings in the rotary head,I'm hoping voro will make a video on this.

I just took my wolf king gt pro apart for what felt like a flat part in the bearing, repacked them and now ordering a spare set in case it goes bad. It’s a real pain with the controllers in the way of the top bolt for the top bearing

Howdy, my Mantis King GT just developed a notch like this. I guess I'll have to buy a torch now.

hi, just wondering why it necessary to separate the brace from the forks using the 5mm allan key just to remove the front assembly. Also if the bearings are rusted, is it okay just apply grease to the originals or do you have to get new ones? thanks for the help
@ElectricScooterRepair5 ай бұрын
You'll have to loosen the brace because the bearing and pin are sandwiched between them. If the bearing is in good shape cleaning and packing with grease should be alright.

Shame on Kaabo for not greasing the bearings. Great video though.

Nice video. How do you remove the front body frame? I need to replace mine. Thanks
@ElectricScooterRepair4 ай бұрын
You'll have to open the deck and remove all the hardware on the sides and under where that part meets the deck. Of course you'll have to disconnect the brake lines and cables as well. Next time I have one like that I'll make a video. Might be a while though not super common. What happened to yours?

@ElectricScooterRepair I had my wolf warrior x leaning against a gallon of hvac coil cleaner and somehow the container broke and spilled fluid onto the side of the front frame right where the side led light connects to the frame and ate the aluminum away. Very corrosive. I ordered the front frame from fluidfreeride where I purchased my scooter from two years ago. I also have the same issue you showed on your video from the steering binding. Thank you for the info . I love your videos, very informative.!!!

@@LChow-xq3xm good thing you got it from Fluid. Honestly might recommend that you consider shipping it to Fluid for the job. The cost of shipping might be worth your time. Just a thought. Good luck. Feel free to reach out here if you have any further questions.

Actually, I can drive there. I live close, but don't really know how much they will charge for that job.

The big question for me is: is there any other bolts that need to be heated in order for them to be removed?

Next time I get a mantis with a steering notch I'll make a video, was yours like that out out of the box or did it develop over time?

@@ElectricScooterRepair iv had it for 2 years done nearly 3k kilometers on it I also use it to take my daughter to school and collect her ( it's about a 30 min walk or 10 mins on the scooter)

@@TeamLurxOfficial Better be careful i’ve seen the bearings come apart on those and I’d be concerned about that with the higher mileage mantis. If that is the case at some point, it can bind up completely, which could lead to a crash. Most likely you’re gonna have to open it up and replace the bearings in the neck.

Thank you so much I was searching for any video on the Warrior X about repairs hope there will be more in the future. Consider me Subscribed xP So my X GT is holding up weary well after 3000km of hard riding (mostly offroad) and a couple of nasty falls, but when I push and pull the handle its not stiff it has lots of air or wobble i don't know how to explain it, like the whole handle post is moving forward and backwards if push or pull on it do you have any idea on what it could be ??

Can you make a video so I can see what you're talking about?

Might have broken the bolts that hold the front end on the battery box? or the bolts under the battery box from the front end.
@Mattvbro5 ай бұрын
I had a similar issue on mine and i found that the bottom bolt on the steering arm had just vanished aye. like it hadn't broken it was just not there anymore. thankfully the stem stayed together but had just became loose as the top clamps slowly got pushed further up the bars. and don't even get me started on the HOLLOW rear swing arm bolt that holds the bottom of the springs in.

Just hand tight? I have a torque wrench for those big bolts

Pay attention in the video I say "get them started by hand, then torque them".
