1.Gas and electricity both are consuming more expensive 2. If one machine is broken so its mean you can't make roti 3 .Space is also required in the normal kitchen.

I'm running this business from long time, I know the afford and time how much it will take, hiring 1 person is enough for this machine, why don't you try at home with 100 roti's in 30 min's, this is not for you sir, they have mentioned in video , this is for who want to supply food to busy hotels or hospitals or bachelors, if we combine all of the machines in one as per your expectation, may be common person can't afford that machine to buy. who knows...!

Still the process needs at least 3 persons to run... better if it could be managed by one person. Also full automation may increase complexity and maintenance, so I liked the modular approach of having separate machines for dough making, ball making and chapati making. However, there is still continuous presence needed for ball making and chapati making which I think is redundant and need to be improved
