Good operation. However Hygiene is questioned here. Rotis falling on a dirty sheet, and on the floor. You see one of the guys walking on the sheet with his shoes where Rotis are packed from and packed.

where did you see hygiene at its best as mentioned by you. Did you see Rotis falling on the bare floor. Also the guy walking with his shoes on the sheet where the rotis are picked and packed. see time stamp 5:00 and after. The sheet where the roti is packed is so dark and dirty. The guy walking on the sheet where rotis are collected. What happens to the sheet after the job? just folded and reused for the next day.
