20:00 sir in similarities u have said both august comte suppported irreversible social change , progressive but then in differences u have said in book abraham and morgan it is written herbert spencer have said about decay , deggentration. so we can only wirite these points in differences or similarities please clearify

You should go with a general theory and explanation of social change.... Both spencer and comte are evolutionary theorists and believe that social change is unilinear and progressive...... Spencer general theoretical views fit broadly into this theory... However, he say in certain exceptions , specific societies and culture could also decay and regress (these are exceptions and spencer dont focus much on them...his dominant theoretical view is evolutionary).
