sir people dont want to liquor business or invest in liquor stocks , or to do gambling satta bazari. max weber religion shapes economy ? can we quote this in exam

But that's not a macro phenomenon... I presume people will compete in today's world to get a liquor license as it's quite profitable.... Here, you could use the example of Islamic banking (credit at zero interest rate) to show how religion could shape economy. .. Also, when weber says religion shapes economy he is focussing on protestantism which is a utilitarian religion which emphasis on maximisation of profit and wealth.... Also it's a this worldly religion and not other worldly!!
