It is unfortunate to see your message that it is not safe to trade in FNo, as you told that you complete MBA and CFA level 1. As you knew well that future trade is for protect your money by invest now because there will be rise in price because you know there are high probability to increase the price. Whereas option is for hedge your stocks which you already holding or long/buy stocks to protect it. Basically mitigating the risk by paying price as premium. Yes, it is high risk in FNO if you do Without Future and stocks until proper strategies. FYI, if you see DII strategy, they buy stocks in daily and sell or short stocks in options. In which if the price reaches high they sell it on the expiry date or earning the premium price. In either case they make profit. Because they knew that these companies have good quality of they not reach the target price on this month surely it will make next or in future. FYI, FNO is one of the best trading option for in commodities for mitigate the risk than stock. Actually FNO is introduced for commodity but later it has adopted into stocks and later into index which high probability of risk. Thus, if you holding commodity and stock in large volume than think about FNO strategy. There are multiple option of strategy is available. However one of the best is covered call option and another way is long in Future and short in option at same time in same expiry date. So think about.

I had Cupid Ltd (a fundamentally strong company in my view) at Rs 220 and sold it off at 400 after knowing promoter was willing to exit at Rs 320 and new management were changing business model from export to domestic. It has now crossed 1500. Shall we not get scared of promoter exit if fundamentals are also bound to change? 2. In your book you had mentioned a company growing consistently at 20% is better than that at say 40% which may not sustain. Could I request a 2 min analysis on Newgen Software to validate it as a real example that fits these criteria? Your time and view as always will be beneficial and appreciated.

Sir, What are your thoughts about government taking debt through sovereign gold bond? It's a costly debt in long term, isn't it? You once mentioned that the gold is a hedge against inflation. Indian government's inflation target is 4%, additionally government pays 2.5% interest to the SGB bond holder every year. At the end of the period government settles the bond at the market price. I think government is getting itself into a costly debt.
