Haha! This speech needs to be digested very very thoroughly. I have no comment for now. But one question arises from this speech - has Kabaka vilified all his people who showed concern about his safety, out of love for him, in the midst of lack of clear communication from Mengo admin? Maybe not - - - I am not sure yet - - - I am still digesting this speech. But if the answer to the above question is ''YES'' - - - then, what if 1966 repeats itself [or something similar happens], will Baganda find strength to respond? Too early for me to say too much - - - I am still digesting this speech. .
