Kabam still won’t fix the crashing issues in AW, AQ, and incursions. Anywhere else in the game if it crashes right as the fight is supposed to be starting, when you go back into the game the fight is recovered with no loss in health. But in AW, AQ, and Incursions… you come back to see half of your health taken and the loss of a fight bonus. It can’t be a coincidence that those areas of the game have the most expensive resources (like health potions and revives).

Facts: the AI know when it’s close to a sp2 and sp3. And won’t throw the special knowing it can wait till you make a mistake and push them from green to yellow or yellow to red. It also knows when you’re close to your corner and won’t throw a special because it can hammer you in place and push sp3. It also know that if you intercept to many times to back draft you. The AI absolutely is learning how to win. It is adapting and being programmed to make content harder. And drain resources. KABAM celebrates all the great units and items it gives away then make the AI stubborn and frustrating to drain those resources. They have never and will never let the player have the advantage post 12.0 update. That was the time in MCOC when players could actually beat the game. Solo bosses go itemless. Now I that is reserved for the try hards and KZbinrs who live the game

@@yexq2494most of times it is still easy to bait hype’s specials. Which must be otherwise he would be impossible to fight (if you can’t nullify). He is quite the exception in this as in general it’s indeed becoming more and more a lottery baiting out specials.

They are likely to be different sections of the game devs - art devs, gameplay devs, monetisation devs, community devs etc. So while the UI is being changed, the art devs have no control over game, but they are still changing it, potentially for the better @anarchistarchivist

I have a video of bahamet holding block in place for two straight minutes. A video of me trapped at 1hp in the broken 9.1.6 boss. AI problems with Toad and every other boss fight. I’m sure they broke it trying to keep fights sufficiently hard enough to suck revives from more players.

The AI is complete trash. Its not good design, its just garbage. When you play a game, it needs to have structure. Not random chaos mechanics that ensure you'll be wasting your revives and your time. Can you solo? Sure but you better have tons of energy refills, because you'll probably be replaying it 100 times until you get the best rng. Ive already finished all points for SoS and gotten 100% of all previous SoS also. Necro had way better ai and i hated completing that hours and hours of content. It got so boring with the HP totals being at ridiculous levels. Toad has you dodging backwards, until he decides to randomly throw his sp1. They owe us some revives imo. At the very least put revive bundles in the shop...so we have a choice to get back our revives.

Another thing that’s bothering me is that every single mutant boss since act 7, is shock immune. I mean they just killed nimrod. Nimrod doesn’t fit the objectives so why not leave it for beginners to have just the completion? At this point the whole team looks like they want to make the game impossible not fun.

This AI rubbish from Kascam is always intentional and always has been. Call my cynical, but imo there’s a reason they don’t say anything, or they don’t fix things like the lag or the bugs or this ai - because it benefits Kabam to have it left in! Same reason they nerfed revive farming to the ground and pissed on us with the “apothecary.” Pissing on the community without even the decency of calling it rain! - if you get hit with an overturned ai and die, now you can’t farm revives, so what do you have to do? Either grind apothecary and arena till your soul is destroyed, or PAY KABAM MONEY. It’s all greed and mark my words, this kind of rubbish does NOT sit well with the community. We all see right through it, and unless they change their direction (of trying to take us for mugs and screwing us over all the time,) they will run MCOC into the dirt like all their other games.

The A.I in the SoS Toad fight is the worst I've ever seen it. It is undeniable that Kabam made Toad ridiculously passive and uncooperative about throwing specials. It took at least 7-8 bait attempts before he would throw a special. I would literally stand still not blocking for a few seconds and Toad absolutely refused to throw an Sp1. Ive been saying the A.I. is a problem for years now but Toad's behavior in this fight was completely absurd. The nodes were reasonable but Toad never throwing his specials made the fight miserable. Stubborn, uncooperative A.I. ruins everything in this game and Kabam drastically need to do something to n improve it because players hate this BS.

The nodes were pretty reasonable but Toad's refusal at times to throw specials was absolute trash. Having to bait Toad's Sp1 10-12 times only to have him intercept me with a special was infuriating. I don't mind struggling against champion abilities or nodes but fighting against the A.I is bullshit. We have no real way of controlling the A.I outside of taunts so for Kabam to intentionally rig the A.I to be uncooperative is extremely cheap and underhanded.
