man...is it just me or does anyone else think ALL the performances were dope as hell this year. like every set ive seen I think to myself "wow they could easily have placed" lol. Judges must've had a tough time deciding im glad it wasnt me haha. kaba u guys KILLLED it i luv that u keep it fresh everytime u hit the stage. SICK.

well, a handful of the 08 team will be in the 09 team i hope, so maybe they'll kill 2009 lol yo allison, you and the rest of the coords/choreographers did great this year. since my interest in the west coast dance circuit started in 07, the 08 team is my first experience seeing kaba really change from what i'm used to seeing in 07. kaba was my first favorite dance team ever, when i first started getting into dance much love from the east cizzoast! i'm restricted to youtube for this stuff =/

No single team "Hosts" Vibe, UCI's Lambda Theta Delta (LTD) is solely responsible for planning and running Vibe. Kallusive also was involved this year. Kaba Modern, Common Ground, and CADC are all teams from the Irvine area. So unofficially, you could say these three teams "host" Vibe for the other teams that perform.

Whats with all the comments about this years crew? theyre smooth and unique as hell. sure the wow factor is down by a little, but u cant expect kaba to isolate for ever.... theres always more room for other dance styles as well. anyway the last piece was insane. big ups for km

But i think that km this year couldve been more creative.. km has had some very awesome performances with nice themes & unbeliveable props in the past..i just think that ur performances this year has been on the same level.. speaking truthfully yeah i would have to agree with you on that one budd... in comparison to their previous competitive performances over the years this one wasn't nearly as good... CADC smashed at VIBE this year... i was actually quite shocked.... But KM represented themselves well i must say.... they are definitely bringing up the name KABA MODERN to the community which i deeply admire in them and the past kaba alumni

CADC deserved to win. KM was great from 4 minutes to the end but the section from around 2:30 to 3:30 lacked something. They also didn't have as good as an opening as CADC. CADC had the place going from the start.
