Great video and thanks for sharing this. Will be going here in July and can't wait. What lens do you recommend overall for the boat / jungle safari? I have a Sony A6400 mirrorless camera. Also what are the chances in coming across the cat family - leopard, tiger, etc.? Is July a good time to see them during the jeep safari? Thanks!

July will be monsoon. If it rains chances are less to spot and sometimes safari might get cancelled. Jungle will look beautiful though in rain. Above 400mm is a good Lens choice to go with

Excellent coverage of Kabini River / Jungle Lodge. Lot of efforts would have been put up to shoot the Antique place, surrounded by natural scenery, riverside etc.. Special mention about night vision and morning Sunlight, to be appreciated. Monkey turning the water tap and drinking water, rare scene to get captured.

Does the place justify the price tag? Any particular reason why it is so high? Are there cheaper options nearby?

Goes towards conservation of the jungle. A stay with three times food and two times safari justifies the cost. Other parks you will have to pay separately so we tend to not notice the money flow out. Many parks in central India charge one jeep for 5500inr plus safari cost..
