For Kadhi:
Besan - 1/2 cup
Curd - 3/4 cup
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Hing -1/4 tsp
Fenugreek seeds -1/2 tsp
Dry red chilli - 2
Garlic (chopped)- 1 tbsp
Green chilli - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder -1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil - 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves -1/4 cup
For tadka:
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Dry red chilli - 2
Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
For pakoda :
Onion -1 cup
Besan -1/4 cup
Green chilli -1 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 4 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste -1 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Cumin powder -1/2 tsp
Coriander powder -1/2 tsp
Garam masala -1/2 tsp
Baking soda 1 pinch or eno 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Water
Cooking oil to fry
Jeera Rice -
Rice -1 glass
Water -1.5 glass
Cumin seeds -1 tbsp
Bay leave -1
Cinnamon stick -1 inch
Black cardamom -1
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves -1/4 cup

I tried your style of kadi making. The pakoras turned out to be good with Eno sachet that I too added, as expected. But I feel the kadi itself was bland. I had to increase masalas in tempering and add kasoori methi as well to bring out the taste. Thanks for the recipe.
