Nice n different.... But actually we south Indians add jeera, mustard, chana dal, groundnut, urad dal, heeng, curry leaves, salt n turmeric etc.... First we fry all these ingredients and we add it in rice n mix well... Later we add lemon juice... This is one also nice.. adding onions increase the taste a lot... You are really very inovative mam... Thank you for your nice recipes.

This I must try!! May I ask what the rice is, because over here in Republic of Ireland, I can only get short grain Basmati rice. Your rice looks longer grain than I have ever seen. Thank you for your wonderful recipes and ideas. Mike
