Roti Ka Poha Recipe | Leftover Roti or Chapati Poha | Useful Cooking Tip by Kabitaskitchen

Ingredients:
Leftover roti or chapati-5 (you may use fresh roti or chapati too)
Peanuts-50 gm
Chopped onion-1 (large)
Curry leaves-8 to 10
Chopped green chilli-2 to 3
Cooking oil-3 to 4 tbsp
Cumin seeds-1/3 tsp
Mustard seeds-1/3 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/3 tsp
Salt to taste
Lemon juice-1 tbsp
Coriander leaves-1/3 cup

ya one more thing Di. I hv tried out ur idea of storing corriender leaves. it really worked out a lot. after a week I just changed the kitchen towel that's it. corriender is very expensive here and keeping it fresh is a very difficult task. thanks for the idea.

This is a Maharshtrian dish also call this 'kuch kara' in Mumbai. We add tomatoes also and don't powder the chapathi so much. We make them into small bite-size pieces. Great recipe Kabita :-)
