Potatoes - 5 (medium)
Tomatoes - 2
Garlic cloves -10
Green chilli - 6
Ginger - 2 inch
Mustard seeds - 2.5 tbsp
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
Coriander powder -1/2 tsp
Cumin powder -1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Cooking oil - 6 tbsp

Whenever we cook with mustard seeds, it's preferable to cook in mustard oil. The flavor will come out perfect. It is also recommended to pour a little raw mustard oil on the curry before finishing.
