Chicken Curry Recipe | Chicken Curry for Beginners | Easy Recipe for Bachelors | kabitaskitchen

This is chicken curry for beginners and bachelors, it is very easy and delicious recipe and can be using using ingredients easily available at home.
Preparation time-60 minutes
Serving-5
Ingredients:
Chicken-600 gm(washed)
Onion(chopped)-4-5(medium)
Tomato(chopped)-2(medium)
Ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
Coriander leaves(washed and chopped)
Bay leaves-2
Dry red chilli-2
Black cardamom(crushed)-1
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Cooking oil-5 tbsp
Black pepper powder(kali mirch)-1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder-3/4 tsp
Red chilli powder-1 tsp(as per your taste)
Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander powder-1/2 tsp
Chicken/muttton masala powder-1 tsp
Garam masala powder-1/3 tsp
Salt to taste

I prepared this recipe now and it's just amazing. I wish KZbin allowed to upload pictures in the comment section 😕. My brother and I are literally waiting for my dad to get parota. I did few things in a different way: I added water while chilli powder and turmeric was added. I added curds/dahi/yogurt to the chicken while boiling towards the end, it gives a very good taste to the chicken. I used EASTERN CHICKEN MASALA POWDER.

Chicken wash krke usme jo b seasoning add karni hai kr le, uske bad use freezer me rakhe kam se kam 2 hours then 2 hours bahar room temperature me rakhe fir sabji banaye , aapko ekdum soft chicken milega
