Rice(basmati)-1 glass (250 gm approx.)
Onion(chopped) -2(medium)
Green chilli-2
Cashew(kaju)-12 to 15
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Mix vegetables
(cauliflower, carrot, green peas and french beans)
Potato(chopped)- 2
Salt to taste or 1.25 tsp
Bay leaves-2
Dry red chilli-2
Cinnamon(dalchini)-2 inch
Black cardamom-1(crushed)
Cloves-4
Black pepper-6 to 8
Mace(javitri)
Nutmug
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
Ghee/oil-3 tbsp

mam I'm so thankful to you, my mother is no more with me. our maid has been making food for us since many years except Sundays because it's her day off so we used to order food from restaurants. I was not interested in making food until lockdown happened and I had to make it. it was inevitable. I started looking for recipes on KZbin and your channel got my attention. 1) short video 2) you speak fast but clear enough just like I want. some of the KZbinrs speak so slow that I need to change the playback speed to 1.5x 3) simple recipe 4) tips in between the video last year was not fun for me because I felt like I'm being forced into kitchen. but this year, our maid came and we no more order food from outside. I cook every Sunday. I crave for making new dishes and getting praise. even today I made paneer in lunch and this pulao, both from your recipes. thanks a lot for reading this far. ❤️

Hello Mdm.. Today I prepared this pulao and chicken both r turned out so good.. I took 1.5 glass Chawal for that I used 2 glass of water same glass.. It turned out so good.. Everyone liked that.. Thank you so much for this wonderful recipe.. Coming to chicken I add more water, but I wanted to make the gravy bit thik so at last I add cornflour slurry, dat became also so tasty.. Thanks..
