In this introduction to law case, we look at the separation of powers, and find that it means you can't allow the executive government to take over the powers of the court - not even to keep a truly horrible person in prison.

This case has come up many times in my degree. There is a lot to take in. This video is a good starting point.

What an upstanding citizen Gregory Kable was (not). Thanks for the video, it explains the case in simple enough words that it can be understood, but not so much that much info is lost.
