If not form japan should not follow those, they like to lure you in, say all you can drink for 1 hour for a price or so, then sec you go 1 min over before leaving, its a new price that's crazy and demand likely 5 to 10 times more then that and if lack cash, will have thugs walk you to ATM even. And they know can do this non Japanese easy. better off in normal bars just paying per drink.
