walked this area last week when i was in kabukicho. leaning against the wall playing on my phone near the park, a group of man passed by and one of them told me to go away, are those vigilantes group also doing that to the asian males going around there or they focus mostly on foreigners?

There is a group around Okubo Park that is active against prostitution, so this is probably it. I will be careful regardless of nationality.
