Лучше попробуй узбекский плов. Этот кабульский вариант какая то затируха для желудка. Я не говорю что там нарушены санитарные нормы, рис 1 раз промыт, и непонятно что за жир они там использовали. Но. В нормальном плове при готовке (до засыпки риса) также должно быть много моркови, также лука примерно столько же сколько моркови. В кабульском варианте они лука прям пожалели. И изюминка плова всегда было то, то до готовности за минут 20, когда вода впитается в рис, это вложить чеснок. На такой объем им бы надо было головок 5-6, чистить не надо, только помыть. Если готовить в домашних условиях небольшой объем, то можно и почистить. Когда не чищеный чеснок, то после приготовления головка из блюда вынимается и ...любители и ценители съедают - он просто высасывается из кожуры, у него сливочный рисовый вкус, консинстенция как мягкий банан. В общем, тем кто этого не понимает, чеснок в порционную тарелку не кладут.
