Danzo might be despicable, but the vilage did gained something from him. Even the 3rd Hokage acknowledges it, the problem is Danzo got too much ambitious that he's willing to discard everyone and anyone who gets in his way. I think both the 3rd and Danzo were blinded. The 3rd Hokage being too much ideal and moral on how to deal with situations vs. Danzo who's willing to do everything, even getting his hands dirty in securing the hidden leaf village. I guess the 3rd Hokage knows that and thats why he didnt stop Danzo even though he has an idea of what he's doing. To balance things out

Nah he was an amazing Hokage. He is arguably the best Hokage after Tobirama and Hashirama. Danzo does all of his dirty work and its because of Danzo's lack of ability to finish what he started that's why a lot of stuff happened. He was good with making the Leaf the strongest village.

This is why Naruto Shippuden has some of the most realistic writing I've ever seen: it doesn't treat evil and good as two completely separate entities but reveals instead how intertwined they are. Konoha village is supposed to be en entity of good but who can deny how sickeningly evil it becomes when Danzo wields it for his ends. The only way the show could be even better is if it presented Naruto with dilemmas in which he must choose and all options will knowingly leave some people upset. That would show the audience that a person's character isn't really tested until it must walk in the mud.

wait a sec. I did the maths. So Kakashi is 6 when he graduates, and that's around the start of the 3rd shinobi war. Naruto starts when Kakashi is 26, the 3rd shinobi war goes for about 5-6 years. If Kabuto is 20 at the beginning of Naruto, then that means in this scene where he's healing Orochimaru, he's like max 6-7, and that's if we're saying it's the end of the war, because Kakashi and Kabuto are 6 years apart. How does this little kid know healing jutsu so young?

@@mohammedzoheirhadjslimane6142 danzo was largely responsible for many blunders of other people's lives that would play a large part of the naruto role, mostly because he ran "root", or the foundation, which is like a really messed up version of the hidden leaf's ANBU that answers only to danzo because he couldn't become the hokage given everyone preferred hiruzen because he came from a well established family in the hidden leaf, the sarutobi clan in this case, orochimaru, who at the time was very ambitious but tied down by his allegiance to danzo after escaping from being arrested by the 3rd hokage for experimenting on other people, noticed kabuto while he was like 6-7 at this time, he's already bright and knows how to use medical ninjutsu; this to orochimaru screams that he is talented, but also malleable given that he's an orphan and doesn't know who he was danzo deliberately placed nono in the hidden stone along with kabuto, so that they would be both killed by whoever deemed able to do so (orochimaru in this case), and anything they knew would be buried with them but no, this wouldn't go well for danzo, because kabuto would literally kill his adoptive mother, the only person that has shown him any kindness, and plunge himself into a really fucked up and dark place in his head where orochimaru would take advantage of this moment by explaining to him why his own adoptive mother didn't recognize him while she was dying by his own hand, and subsequently recruiting him into the hidden sound to serve as his right hand man for the majority of the series tl;dr: a little kid with talent gets scooped up by a snakey guy and gets psychologically traumatized and manipulated into being snakey guy's assistant all because some old guy couldn't be mayor

Driplua Zoldyck It was Sugaru who paralyzed Shisui to enable Danzo taking his eye. He didn’t kill him, shisui killed himself, however, the poison from the insects would have eventually killed Shisui so Itachi took revenge and burned him alive with Amaterasu

i feel that kabuto was yet anther victim of the 3rd shinobi war as well as root's meddling with the orphanage for fresh recruits, and because kabuto was just a kid who got his head cracked and doesnt even know who he is and was willing to do anything to save his friends in the orphanage; he did whatever he was taught by his adoptive mother, nono, on medical ninjutsu and then was trained to be a spy for 5 years up until he accidentally killed his adoptive mother that moment in itself completely broke kabuto and threw him in a frenzy of self questioning where he barely recognizes himself anymore up until orochimaru decides to jump in and further make his life revolve around a singular person that provided protection, caring and purpose, it didnt help that orochimaru noticed him earlier on in the orphanage, as if he was selecting his next target regardless, i felt really bad about him because like most people we're forced to carve an identity for ourselves but we dont even know how; in this case with kabuto, he was told to just forge an identity based on what he knew and solidify that so nobody could be better than him. he was a seriously impressive genius that fell to danzo's twisted view of bureaucracy

Danzo upset Kabuto, then because of that Kabuto ended up with Orochimaru. Helped with a bunch of evil and twisted shit then taking Orochimaru power when he died then helped create soldiers for the 4th great ninja war via regeneration jutsu he perfected with Orochimaru that killed thousands. It all boils down to Danzo’s fault he started it. Let’s go another route. Maki n plans with the leader of the Rain Hanzo, he was able to get Yahiko killed because he didn’t like the good Akatsuki. Then they became evil, gathered rogue shinobi that killed hundreds of people. Hunted the failed beasts to again help start the 4th great ninja war. And he succeeded. It all boils down to him beginning it. And the shit elders defend him saying he only wanted what’s best. I mean, he thought “Incase somehow a war isn’t broken out with the Akatsuki working on their own it’s a good thing I made a psycho just to help them.” Fail safe so the war is caused by the evil Akatsuki and Kabuto which he both created.

All danzo did was stand on business for his village, I don’t see anyone blaming Itachi when he had a choice in what happens and he chose to save his brother because he knew the clan would’ve gotten washed if they went to war, kabuto and his mother knew too much and were part of the foundation I think, so it’s part of their life to know nothing and do what they are told, plus snake man was involved so that’s another reason to why he became a villain, shisui was part of the clan that wanted to take over the leaf, and the Akatsuki were moving too much and making too much noise, danzos job is to deal with problems like that and make sure the leaf stays on top so he ruined another nation just like he should because that’s his job, if you think he was bad than the third should be there as well, he knew everything danzo did, he might not of known exact details but he sure as hell knew danzo would do anything for the village, and if it came down to it he would slaughter millions for the leaf, Naruto would watch the village burn before ever doing that, if Boruto was danzos kid he’d be dead the moment he knew momo was a threat to the village. GOAT😤
