I decided to be a hero and make it without soaking in salt and turmeric just to obtain the full benefits of bittergourd. OMG! It was a struggle to eat but I forced myself just thinking of the benefits. I had the help of yogurt and homemade pickles and long beans thoran. Thank you for showing me the method.
