Raw Mango- 1kg
Jaggery- 650-700 gms
Cumin seeds- 4 tsp
Black pepper- 3 tsp
Fennel seeds- 4 tsp
Red chilly powder- 1 tsp
Chaat Masala- 1 tsp
Kala namak- 1 tsp
Ginger powder- 2 tsp
Salt to taste
TADKA
Oil- 2-3 Tbspn
Methi Dana- 1/4th tsp
Mustard seeds- 1 tsp
Ajwain- 1/2 tsp
Kalonji- 1/4th tsp
Heeng- 1/4th tsp
Currey leaves few
Whole red chilly- 3-5
