Raw Mango - 2 (each 200g)
Water - 1.5 cup (for cooking raw mangoes)
Sugar - 1/2 Cup (or as per taste)
Mint leaves - 20-25
Black salt - 1/2 tsp
Jaljeera powder/Chaat masala - 1 tsp
water - 1/4 Cup

Ripe Mango - 1
salt -1/4 tsp
sugar - 2 tbsp
lemon juice - 1 tsp
water - 2 tbsp
