I think it's more the fact that kaci can come across as extremely ungrateful and especially in the advent calendar video she was behaving really rude and entitled. Some families can't afford a chocolate advent let alone buying all the expensive ones and slating them. She just doesn't think about how others will feel about her comments

I can't speak for them, but I think it's because Sophie's swearing isn't aimed to be rude, it's used to describe an objective thing (ie Friday) where as the sass IS directed at them so that's why they pulled her up on that rather than the swearing? I guess it's opinions isn't it
