Again, for the 100th time: The filming of Season 3 of "The Chosen" only accounted for Lucy missing in Episodes 8 and 9.
We still do not know what the "other commitments" were.

Ok this has been a long time coming but… I don’t understand with all the technological advances of this day and age why we couldn’t have had this a few more times during the extremely long “Lucy break”. They could have had Kate at home so they didn’t need to know which clothes she was wearing to work that episode. Thank you for the hard work and posting the clip so quickly. EXACTLY! 👏 I know people are probably tired of me commenting about this very thing, but they could've had this brief phone call edited into that Crossover Episode 10, the Hawai'i one, not the LA one. Geez...Kensi & Deeks had their moment. Or, edit it into Episode 11 or 12. It really is inexcusable. 🙄 And, you're welcome. And, thank you. ❤ It was a surprise when I found it. I know people are hoping she would be back on shore by now, but a. At least she's back on the show, b. We get to see Lucy in action, instead of stories just from Kate's point of view. Also seeing how Lucy is growing as an agent with out the security of her team, will answer some questions, if she does things that she's learn while she was on the ship, when she's back with the team. You know there will be people who will complain about why we didn't get to see Lucy in action while on assignment, so the giving us this episode will be great for plot continuation. We might also meet people who might show up later in the season, or future season (plz renew CBS) so having some sort of backstory and interaction from Lucy's time on the ship is needed.

@@gabriellebenard5254 I hope it will continue, but the ratings haven't been good (outside of the Crossover), especially since Lucy has been missing. If we can make sure the ratings are through the roof for every episode in February, we might be able to get our show renewed. Tell everyone you know to put on their TVs, or stream these next four episodes, and watch them over & over. And, over again. 😉

I think they are trying to show what she was doing on the ship. I mean having her be agent afloat with out seeing what she was doing would be kind of a cop out. Also if anyone she dealt with on the ship ends up being in later episodes, then people will complain about why we didn't see any action on the ship. It's also a great way to see how she's grown as an agent while on the assignment away from the security of her team.

Lucy has been missing for FIVE episodes and nearly THREE months, not including her small appearance on the LA Crossover episode. That is not our show. Doesn't count. This phone call could have been edited into Episode 10, or 11, or 12. For Episodes 8 and 9, I get it. Yasmine was filming The Chosen. That finished in September. And, there is no excuse for the show or network not putting out a general statement about any of this. It isn't right. Go look at the #NCISHawaii Channel right now. They have zero promos for Episode 13. They just posted in the Community section about FBI Crossovers & True Lies. I'm sorry, it's just been too long and I am exhausted with their silence. 😔 Update: They finally woke up and uploaded this Kacy video. This Channel should not be "scooping" the NCIS: Hawai'i Channel. 🤦‍♀️
