How to make Murmura ki Chatpati /મમરાની ચટપટી બનાવવાની રીત
Ingredients - (સામગ્રી)
Serving - 3 (૩ વ્યક્તિ માટે)
250 grams Puffed Rice (Murmure) (મમરા)
2 tbsp Oil (તેલ)
Pinch of Asafoetida (Hing) (હીંગ)
7-8 Curry Leaves (મીઠો લીમડો)
2 tbsp Peanuts (સીંગદાણા)
1/2 Cup Chopped Green Capsicum (સમારેલા ગ્રીન કેપ્સિકમ)
1/2 Cup Chopped Red Capsicum (સમારેલા લાલ કેપ્સિકમ)
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder (હળદર પાવડર)
As per taste Salt (મીઠું)
1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder (લાલ મરચું પાવડર)
1 tsp Lemon Juice (લીંબુનો રસ)
2 Medium Size Chopped Tomatoes (સમારેલા ટામેટાં)
2 tbsp Chopped Coriander leaves (સમારેલી કોથમીર)
Garnish it with Chopped Coriander leaves (સજાવટ માટે સમારેલી કોથમીર)
