SCP:SL But all the other players FEAR me

In Secret Lab, Facility Guards are often seen as a hard to play role that guarantee's the players to not. Typically guards would either quit, rush to light containment to "deal" with D-class or be pounced on my 939 at spawn but not me. In this video you'll see what you can do as a Facility Guard when you play properly using your opportunities to your advantage.
Guards definitely have it on hard mode and depending on the other SCP's can often be completely countered right off the bat. Playing a guard well is about a great balance of stalling the scp's and finding items to escape/terminate them. On Public servers like this the task of Guard is often daunting and it takes some finesse to pull off correctly.

@@yikerbones9824I mean, the thing to remember is that originally the chaos insurgency were some of the finest soldiers the foundation had. Basically, the MTF unit which protects the 05 council had men chosen out to become a new group called the insurgency which would do all the unsavoury but necessary work. The insurgency later rebelled, stole as many SCPs as they could and kidnapped many scientific personnel and disappearing to become the chaos insurgency. So the original chaos were some of the foundations finest, and probably would have shared their elite training with other soldiers. I went on a rant here, sorry.

Quick tip: on most servers, you can’t have both support scps (can let scp team through locked doors/gates, so 096 and 079) in the same round without a huge amount of players, so if you see one, the other is most likely not in the game.

Maybe it's because 079 locks doors while 096 destroys them, they kind of play against each other IMO.

@@bag939 096 can open heavy doors too, the thing is tho, 096 can only do any of that if hes in rage, which he cant do with a door between him and the target, so 096 isnt as good of a support as people make him out, the only way hes helping SCPs through locked doors is if some random chud walks by and looks at him, which isnt something that happens whenever you want

I swear I’m acting like a captain if I spawn as a guard. I get all my men together, get some ammo from EZ checkpoint and HCZ armory and we hunt the SCP’s. Never felt better killing dog and doctor in 1 round as guards 😌

@@anwd8646 it's good sure but I wouldn't say it's nearly as good as cola, cola makes you unable to be killed by most the scps and grants the utility of not worrying about stamina or movement speed penalties really, meaning you can chonk up on heavy armour and an lmg. Plus the new LMG has no recoil anyway

@@muneerthepioneer6306 I usually have a bunch of chrome tabs, discord, steam and OBS open whilst recording/streaming and the game runs well so the minimum specs are definitely wayy lower. Plus you can always lower your settings to get away with lower hardware ;)

sorry man, but thats not how u play as a guard you should have take the micro and rush to kill the scp bc this is your main target damaging scps gives mtf tickets and ur task is to make sure mtf spawns

ur main objective is to win not to make the npcs spawn and die, you could notice the fact a whole spawnwave died in a matter of a few minutes, just kadava survived till late game

I usually wouldn't with cola but if I know I'm about to get into a gunfight and I know where other medkits are, it just makes sense. With heavy armour on, that 50hp is a massive advantage...
