You look at Kadeem and you think why tf am I sweating my balls off for something that is never going to improve in quality regardless of your skill. If you win lane, be happy, be proud, if you steal baron, be proud, even if u lose. No reason to fret over not being where you want to be but instead enjoy the little things ur doing now. It's not that he's Iron, he is capable of enjoying the game. Its his mindset of pride during the good, and his perservance when he is being a true iron. Cherish the enjoyable moments, let go of the bad moments.
