I really enjoy your reviews but I need to step back from buying more. 4 sets of IEMs and 2 dongle DACs (yes, I know that is nothing compared to many) but, in fact I only ever listen to the one combination and the others are gathering dust. But, of course, I will still keep watching. :-)

I am new to audiophile & getting my first ever audiophile headphone but i am quite confused between getting sennheiser hd 600 or 660s2(latest). 600's are at a great discount & i am getting at half price of 660s2. My primary objective is to use it to play my new enya nova go sonic electric guitar quietly & also i love to listen song. Which one should i go for i have no interest in changing my headphones for the next atleast 5 years! Could you please help me with my confusion. Also i want to buy a powerful portable dac for it. I am confused between two Fiii ka17 & ifi audiohip dac 3 To power my sennheiser 6's Which one would be better to get full from sennheiser 6's . Please help me andy. I want to buy them asap. I'll wait for your reply!

As an avid user of Sennheiser HD series, I personally love and use HD600 more over the other HDs and even prefer the HD600 over HD800s. So that's a clear recommendation from me there to get HD600 as I will recommend what I use the most personally. Just to be fair you can't go wrong with Sennheiser HD series because all of them are excellent for what they are intended for. Both KA17 and Hip DAC 3 like tons of other dongles and DAC/Amps now offer both 3.5mm SE and 4.4mm BAL, you must take into consideration that out of the box the HD headphones only offer 3.5mm SE. In order to get the maximum results from those dongles and DAC/Amps, you need to get 4.4mm BAL cable because running on the 3.5mm side will only give you 50% of performance output. Not many 3.5mm SE dongles available now, but I would highly recommend Questyle M12i or HIBY FC6 to drive the HD600 if you will be stuck with 3.5mm SE, and on top of it they are my most preferred dongles to drive HD600/HD650 despite being 3.5mm SE.

How does it compare to the Tanchjim Origin? Which would be better between the two?

They are tuned differently where Origin is a very mild V sound curve and highly transparent. Kadenz as noted in this video being VDSF with mild hint of Harman sound. Overall Tanchjim Origin is still a superior IEM on technicalities and transparency

There's a lot to choose from. Simgot EA500LM, NF RA15, EW300, Kefine Delci AE, DUNU Titan S2, all under $100 and all I consider transparent and neutral with Mids, no coloration for either male or female vocals
