ingredients:-
1.5 cup gram flour
1 cup curd
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp Desi ghee
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander seeds
1/2 tsp saunf
2 whole red chilli
1 pinch asafoetida
1/2 tsp ajwain
kasoori methi
fresh coriander
oil for frying
salt to taste
3 cup besan
