really informative as someone starting their first recruitment job worried about structure and cold calling, handy to have questions and know how to say things in the right way. Great value!

The info is incredible, you're a very good mentor. I'm about to start implementing and actioning your methods. Everything you post is useful, because you always say that some recruiters do this but explain your specific style and what has worked for you personally; it's good to show the diverse ways that people can recruit. Thank you for uploading.

Hi Kadz, Just started to follow, great content. When sending candidate information to the client, is there anything you wouldn’t give them like contact details (incase they contact them directly) and if so how do you remove the contact details as CV’s are normally in PDF. Or is it that once the client has signed an agreement the client cannot do this? Thanks
@kadzmoney2 жыл бұрын
I used to leave the name on. But now days i take even the name off unless im close with the client. I take off all personal details and contact details too
@kadzmoney2 жыл бұрын
And i wouldn't send a CV unless terms are signed let alone begin searching
@khizer2222 жыл бұрын
Thanks Kadz. I assume I will need adobe pro to remove it or do you just blur out the name somehow?
@kadzmoney2 жыл бұрын
Covert it to word then back to pdf. Just google pdf to word

Not a good fit, boy I been told that so many times, I have come to believe I do not fit in anywhere. I never understood that, they don't know me but they just say you are not a good fit. Who is a good fit and how can you tell?
@liby2542 жыл бұрын
a good fit meaning a good fit for the role. So if the job pays 50,000 and your currently on 55,000, you prob wont be a good fit. Or if your current drive is 10 minutes, and this role is 45 minutes away, it prob wont be best for you. Etc

Bro, I have a question 🙋♂️ post qualifying question you find the candidate interested in the job offer. however, while asking questions in terms of experience and skill you find the candidate lying to you. In that scenario, the candidate wants to know when he can attend interview. How do you tackle this situation?
@charlesjtwhite3 жыл бұрын
If they are lying it will come out in the interview and the client won't be happy. At best, it's a waste of your time as they won't get the job and at worst it will make the client mistrust you.

@@charlesjtwhite I know this, but I want to know how to reject candidate in an non offensive way.
