@@cyn1235 thank you! Honestly it was hard at first because of imposter syndrome but almost four months later and it’s going really well and I’ve even been offered a promotion! Take the new career path, be sure to show them why you want to become a recruiter, what it means to you, and when you’ve got the job ask questions, take notes, and be friendly with everyone in the team to build a good working relationship with them. You’ve got this! You’ll be amazing 😊

@@annacoppiello805 honestly it’ll be a year in a few months and I don’t regret the jump. Believe in yourself, and do your research when applying for the role. Ask yourself what recruitment means to you and why you want to pursue it - this is the important part. I do it to make a difference and get people into the company because I’m generally passionate about it, and this showed in my interview and landed me the role. Show them you are a creative thinker as well and give examples. Honestly, you won’t regret making the jump. The office environment is so much friendlier than in stores 😊
