Hi Kadz, I'm glad to come across your channel! Covid19 has impacted the recruitment industry and I'm being pushed out after 3 years. Maybe it's time for me to start my own! Keep up the great work Kadz!

@@kadzmoney I have just tested your technique, it is amazing how kind of "dumb" recruitment agencies are copying the client description, took me an hour to find some good clients and tomorrow I will be making some calls. In the netherlands to be honest there is little information about tips when starting recruitment agency.

Yup. They are lazy and we will take advantage of this

This video definitely helps Kadz! I already found one and I've only been doing it within the 12 mins you were speaking lol bro If this lands me a clients, i swear i will get you something nice. I can't believe these agencies are so sloppy, they didn't even re-write anything. They just took out the name of the client out and posted it lol. I'm sure you made a video on this, but should I call or email her on monday morning?

Sorry for a comment on an old video bro, should I remove my candidates name and contact details from their CV if a client asks to see their CV? I’m scared they may go behind my back and take the candidate without paying me first

Kadz how do you know/ find out what the companies are paying the other recruitment agencies? So that once you find the client you don't go too high or too low with the price
@shipuden97 Жыл бұрын
You just can ask them directly if they work with agencies and what terms do they usually work towards with them, or make an initial offer and try to feel them out to see if you should lower it before they hang up the phone, my two tips
