Maybe not in the next 2-3 years, but at some point the time will come for every single one of the talents to leave. I feel like i'm sad because i know after 3rd of january next year, we won't get to see Fauna interact with all the other members anymore. The one thing that makes hololive incredibly special is the talent's friendship with each others, and with Fauna (my kami-oshi) leaving, i know if there's even a slight chance that the person behind Fauna will continue streaming just like a certain detective did already gave me hope. You know, the thing that always gets me about this its not that we won't see Fauna ever again, its kinda obvious that she will be active in her previous account and (hopefully) she'll be successful, but it's more about loosing the members interactions. Here Kaela is, pouring her heart out in a language she still struggles with, and the majority of the comments are surprised that a) she's emotional, when she's always been this way and b) full of unfounded speculations based on nothing. This speaks to a level of parasocialsim and emotional ineptitude that has eclipsed sadness. Did not Fauna herself say that at most, her relationship with the saplings are as entertainer and audience? Are her "fans" so emotionally unstable that the only way they know of coping with sadness is to spread unwarranted speculation and invite harassment?

I don't think all speculation is unwarranted. I mean, 4 talents in such a short time is unheard of for Hololive, and we know it was a serious disagreement with management that caused it. I think it's fair, given what we know, for her fans to be upset at management for not finding a way to make it work, and for losing so many talents in such a short amount of time. And to be honest, as Kaela said, I don't think it's fair to take that away from people. It's how people deal with grief. They want to know why it has to happen, and run through the possibilities in their heads for the most likely answer. As long as people don't do anything with those speculations, let them. It's all so raw. Listen to Kaela when she says she doesn't want to invalidate what people are feeling and tell what not to say. And... As much as I hate to say it, if a company goes corrupt, often they will punish their talents for speaking out. Not that I'm saying Hololive is there now. But... There's only one entity in Hololive to pin the blame on these past graduations and end of contracts. It's not the talent,management,staff,or the CEO. It's the investors aka Board of Directors running Hololive. Like all investors all they care about in any company they get their greedy meat hooks into is profit and making more at the expense of all the employees in the company from the CEO to the bottom which is the workers (talent). As soon as a company goes public it's fated to have this happen to them inevitably. Things will not get better but worse because the investors dictate what they want to be done and no one even the CEO can do anything about it once the investors have dug in financially in the company.
