Kafatek Monolith MC4 cleanup

Cleaning my new grinder after seasoning the burrs with about 11kg of coffee. My goal was to do this just by using common sense and see how it goes. Please do not mind the angle, quality of sound, etc., I am not that good with editing and recording everything with my phone.

Do you think if i swap the current burrs with new ones the center burr its just held by 1 bolt? i want to swap my burrs but scare to mess it up

I did not try it, but if I understood Shurikons are easy to install, you should not have problems. Check kafatek forums for sure
